Job Overview

Hop Talent is seeking a dedicated Front of House Manager to enhance our dynamic team. This role presents an exciting opportunity to work in a vibrant environment and contribute to our esteemed organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Coordination: Deliver extensive administrative assistance across various departments, ensuring efficient daily operations for both the building and office areas.
  • Reception Oversight: Act as the main contact for all visitors, including clients and suppliers. Provide a warm welcome and professional assistance to all guests.
  • Operational Management: Guarantee seamless office functionality by supervising everyday activities, including the upkeep of office supplies and managing the reception area to create a friendly atmosphere.
  • Facility Oversight: Build and maintain strong relationships with facility teams and vendors to oversee building maintenance. Regularly assess the building's condition and coordinate necessary repairs swiftly.
  • Technical Support: Oversee office IT infrastructure and resolve any technical challenges that may arise.
  • Safety Compliance: Ensure that the office environment meets health and safety standards, maintaining a secure and compliant workspace.
  • Meeting Coordination: Organize and manage meeting schedules, bookings, and daily appointments efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: At least one year in a comparable position, showcasing strong administrative skills.
  • Business Acumen: Demonstrated commercial insight with the ability to offer practical solutions to clients.
  • Communication Proficiency: Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, capable of quickly establishing trust and rapport with clients.
  • Collaborative Spirit: A positive demeanor and a team-oriented approach, with a proactive attitude towards responsibilities.

Competitive salary up to £32k offered.
