An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Portico Corporate Reception Management team as the Guest Operations Manager of a new contract.

The Guest Operations Manager will oversee the front of house services delivered within the reception area, working closely with the Guest Services Portfolio Manager to ensure seamless daily operations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a team of 5 Receptionists to provide exceptional client care and personal service to all stakeholders and visitors.
  • Developing and implementing processes to improve service effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Collaborating with multiple stakeholders to deliver projects in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Managing change and driving innovation to achieve business objectives.
