Guest Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Operations Manager to lead and manage accommodation and hospitality services for our London site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee accommodation and reception services to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
- Manage guest arrivals, departures, and event hosting with a focus on efficiency and quality.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
- Conduct team training, development, and scheduling to optimize performance and productivity.
- Maintain high standards of guest service and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
Requirements:
- Experience in managing accommodation services in a large-scale setting.
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and protocols.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of the business and guests.
