As a Guest Services Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for guests and visitors, ensuring they receive a warm and professional welcome. You will also play a vital role in maintaining smooth operations by handling inquiries, coordinating schedules, and providing general administrative assistance.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of each building within our portfolio to effectively cover various shifts, including lunch breaks, holidays, and absences.
  • Greet all guests and customers with courtesy and professionalism, fostering a positive and welcoming environment.
  • Deliver high-quality service that exceeds expectations, consistently demonstrating attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
  • Work efficiently and effectively to ensure prompt and reliable service delivery, anticipating the needs of both building occupants and visitors.
  • Respond promptly to emails and phone calls, providing clear and concise information while maintaining a professional demeanor.
