Job Summary
Rapport Guest Services is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests and staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth day-to-day operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day reception duties, including greeting guests, answering phone calls, and responding to emails.
- Liaise with vendors and perform administrative tasks to support the teams based in the building.
- Book meeting rooms, register visitors, and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with the Facilities Coordinator on various facilities-related tasks.
- Work closely with other service providers to maintain the building and service levels.
- Take on ad-hoc tasks outlined by your manager, the client, and Facilities Coordinator.
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate with a can-do attitude, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks and juggle multiple responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be a fast thinker, flexible, and able to respond to change while maintaining high standards of service delivery.
