Office Manager and Reception Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager and Reception Coordinator to join our team at Love Success plc. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our office and providing exceptional support to our clients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the reception area, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for visitors and clients.
  • Coordinate facilities management, including maintenance, repairs, and upgrades to the office space.
  • Organize and execute events, meetings, and conferences, ensuring seamless logistics and exceptional service.
  • Oversee the procurement of office supplies, negotiate contracts with suppliers, and manage the office budget.
  • Assist the Executive Assistant to CEO with administrative tasks, providing support and ensuring the smooth operation of the office.
