Job Title: Reception and Hospitality Host

**Job Summary**

Portico Corporate Reception Management is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Reception and Hospitality Host to join our team. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and their guests.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Provide a warm and welcoming experience for clients and their guests, ensuring a seamless and professional service
* Assist with the running of internal and external meetings, including setting up audio-visual equipment and providing technical support
* Work closely with the Guest Service team and F&B team to ensure a smooth and efficient service
* Build strong relationships with clients and their teams, understanding their needs and preferences
* Provide administrative support, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records

**Requirements**

* Previous experience in a corporate customer service or reception operation
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
* Proficient in using Microsoft Teams and audio-visual equipment
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
