Fischer's Careers is seeking a seasoned Reception Manager to lead our front-of-house team in delivering exceptional guest experiences. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for managing the reception area during peak services, ensuring a warm and inviting atmosphere for our patrons.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Team Leadership: Mentor, motivate, and manage a team of receptionists to uphold the highest standards of hospitality and deliver outstanding guest service.
  • Reservations and Walk-ins: Efficiently manage reservations and walk-ins, ensuring a smooth flow of guests throughout the restaurant.
  • Guest Relations: Nurture and maintain relationships with guests, ensuring they feel valued and welcomed.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Previous managerial/supervisory experience in a fast-paced reception environment.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Knowledge of the local area and current affairs.
  • A passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
