Job Title: Reception Team Supervisor

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Reception Team Supervisor to oversee our team of Lobby Hosts at one of the most impressive multi-occupied buildings in London.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise a team of Hosts to ensure exceptional customer service is delivered to all visitors and staff.
  • Work in partnership with the Front of House Manager to establish service excellence within the building.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and supervisory skills.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within a reception environment.
  • Passion for delivering impeccable customer service.
