The Portico Corporate Reception Management team is looking for a talented Corporate Reception Manager to join their team based in a state-of-the-art office building in Midtown.

This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a small ground floor reception team and deliver exceptional 5-star service to clients and tenants. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations, advocating for the addition of pop-ups and events, and serving as the main point of contact between the client, tenants, and Portico.

As a Front of House Operations Manager, you will oversee the team schedule, authorize absences and annual leave, assist with monthly reports and payroll, manage social media, and perform other ad-hoc duties to support the contract.

Key qualifications for this role include experience working in a similar role, ideally within a corporate reception environment. The ideal candidate will be a passionate people person with a strong background in supervision or management, and events management experience is highly desirable.
