Job Title: Reception Team Leader
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Reception Team Leader to join our team at Portico Corporate Reception Management. As a key member of our front of house team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our reception area, ensuring that all visitors and staff receive a warm and welcoming experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of Lobby Hosts to ensure exceptional customer service is delivered to all visitors and staff.
- Work in partnership with the Front of House Manager to establish service excellence within the building.
- Ensure that all visitors and staff are greeted and assisted in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage the reception area, including answering phones, responding to emails, and handling general inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, as required.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within a reception environment.
- Passion for delivering impeccable customer service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
