Reception Team Supervisor

The ideal candidate for this role will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a strong ability to create rapport with guests and colleagues.
We are looking for a skilled Team Leader to supervise and develop a welcoming team, ensuring that they provide an outstanding level of service to all visitors during the meet and greet, while maintaining effective communication with internal floor reception teams and other facilities service providers.
The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. They will also possess the ability to prioritize work due to constantly changing circumstances and be proficient in using different visitor management systems.
Key responsibilities and duties include implementing and managing Portico policy, procedures, and standards, building strong relationships with other service lines, and providing excellent customer service. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential.
