Job Title: Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team at Office Angels. As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Meet and Greet Visitors: Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring they feel comfortable and supported throughout their visit.
  • Outgoing Post: Organize and manage the outgoing post, including recording and preparing packages for timely collection.
  • Event Planning: Assist with planning and coordinating internal social events, including sending invitations and managing event logistics.
  • Office Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the office, including the reception area, meeting rooms, and kitchen.
  • Diary Management: Manage and maintain online calendars, ensuring meetings and appointments are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Communication: Respond promptly to ad-hoc enquiries and requests, prioritizing those of the directors.
Requirements:
  • Team Player: A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is able to prioritize and multitask.
  • Flexibility: A flexible and positive attitude, with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Excel, and Word is preferred.
Working Hours and Benefits:
  • Working Hours: 8.30am - 5.00pm Monday to Thursday, 8.30am till 4pm on Friday.
