Office Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Office Coordinator to join our team on a temporary basis. As an Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the office, including scheduling meeting rooms, maintaining the office inventory, and providing administrative support to senior staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the office schedule and coordinate meetings and events
- Maintain the office inventory and ensure that all necessary supplies are available
- Provide administrative support to senior staff, including processing lunch orders and refreshments
- Ensure that the front of house desk and office are clean and tidy at all times
- Process and scan documents as required
- Previous administrative experience is necessary
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages is required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential
- A polite and bubbly personality is a must
