Role Overview

The primary focus of this position is to ensure an exceptional experience for all visitors and guests. Responsibilities will encompass, but are not limited to:

  • Greeting visitors warmly and facilitating a smooth and personalized guest experience.
  • Responding to all guest inquiries promptly and courteously.
  • Supporting the building manager and actively engaging in events at the reception area.
  • Cultivating relationships and serving as the main liaison for office occupants.
  • Managing both external and internal communications with professionalism.
  • Collaborating with various departments to promote effective communication and guest satisfaction, fostering a unified approach to enhancing guest experiences.
  • Demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in providing additional services as needed.
  • Consistently adhering to the standards set by Rapport and the client.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess 1-2 years of experience in a reception capacity, exhibit a friendly demeanor with a creative outlook, and excel in relationship-building.

  • A strong commitment to delivering outstanding guest service in all interactions.
  • Preferably possess front-of-house experience in a luxury hospitality setting, premium airline, or corporate environment.
  • Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills along with a vibrant and engaging personality.
  • Demonstrate a high level of proficiency in the English language, both spoken and written.
  • Display exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and act proactively and intuitively.
