Corporate Receptionist

Job Summary
Rapport Guest Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Receptionist to join our team. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a seamless and personalized experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming and greeting guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Responding to guest requests and resolving any issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Assisting the building manager and participating in events and activities at the reception area
- Building relationships with clients and being the primary point of contact for their needs
- Handling internal and external calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Liaising with other departments to ensure effective communication and guest service
- Providing flexible and adaptable support as needed
- Ensuring that all interactions with guests are in line with Rapport Guest Services' standards
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist role
- Outgoing personality with a creative mindset
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
- Excellent command of the English language, both verbally and in writing
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to work well under pressure and think proactively
Working Hours
The role is Monday to Friday, with shifts between 8am and 5pm. However, this may vary depending on the site.
