Job Title: Receptionist & Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Receptionist & Office Administrator to join our team at Portico Corporate Reception Management. As a key member of our corporate reception team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the reception area, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for clients and staff.
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as required.
  • Coordinate meetings and events, including room bookings and catering arrangements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and staff, providing excellent customer service and support.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including statistics and other administrative data.

Requirements:

  • Customer service experience, preferably in a corporate or high-end service environment.
  • Background in office administration, with a strong understanding of MS Office.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and staff.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, with a strong attention to detail.
