Job Summary

Rapport Guest Services is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Receptionist. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests and ensuring a seamless experience for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional and courteous service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our guests, building trust and loyalty through exceptional service.
  • Stay organized and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.

Requirements

  • Strong customer service background and experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to think on your feet, learn quickly, and adapt to changing situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests and colleagues.
