Job Description

**Job Title:** Customer Service Representative

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at CBRE Global Workplace Solutions. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring that their facilities are maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Facilities Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks on building systems, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
  2. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay up-to-date on the latest facilities management techniques and technologies.
  4. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and inventory management.
  5. Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless delivery of services and achieve business objectives.
  6. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in facilities management or related field preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in facilities maintenance or customer service role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team; basic knowledge of building systems and maintenance procedures.
  • Certifications: 18th Edition certification desirable; willingness to obtain engineering qualification.
