Job Summary

Rapport Guest Services is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Front of House Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure that all guests are acknowledged in a professional manner.
  • Proactively gather information and feedback from customers to improve our services.
  • Maintain a high level of awareness of building facilities and provide guidance to guests as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with the Senior Team Member, Assistant Contract Manager, and Contract Manager to address any issues or concerns.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure that all daily tasks are completed efficiently.

Requirements

  • Experience in a customer-facing environment, preferably in a team management role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
