Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front of House Coordinator to join our team at KMK RECRUITMENT LIMITED. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and visitors, ensuring a seamless and professional experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide advanced notification of expected visitors to building staff via Proxy Click and Curiosity platforms.
- Advise the Helpdesk – Digital Services on PC, VC, and presentation equipment requirements.
- Meet and greet visitors to a high standard, ensuring their needs are met throughout their visit.
- Set up and clear meeting rooms, including reconfiguring furniture to meet specific room layouts.
- Maintain meeting room supplies and equipment, including pads, pencils, coasters, and audio-visual equipment.
- Book taxis for clients as requested.
- Order sandwich lunches and breakfasts from a local supplier and arrange for weekly delivery of fresh fruit.
- Provide cover for the Hospitality Co-ordinator, including booking outside caterers for formal lunches and buffets.
- Perform other administrative duties as required.
Requirements:
- Proven client-facing experience, preferably in a professional or financial institution.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 packages.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am-4:30pm
