Front of House Coordinator Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Front of House Coordinator to join our team at White Space Recruitment in South-West London.

This role offers the opportunity to be the welcoming face of the company, ensuring smooth daily operations and a positive experience for both staff and visitors. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will join a team that prides itself on rewarding and supporting its staff, offering opportunities for growth and a sense of community. The firm, with around 70 staff members, has received multiple awards for its commitment to employee care and development.

To be considered for the role, the following must be met:

  • Strong organisational skills with experience in managing front of house or similar roles
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • A proactive approach to maintaining office tidiness and managing supplies
  • Ability to coordinate meetings, manage mail and deliveries, and support day-to-day office functions
  • Experience in a similar role within a professional environment is highly desirable
