Front of House Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Front of House Coordinator to join our team at S&G Recruitment. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing the front of house area, and assisting with administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Deliver outstanding customer service to clients and guests, ensuring a positive experience and building strong relationships.
- Front of House Management: Manage the front of house area, including the reception, waiting room, and conference rooms, ensuring they are clean, tidy, and well-maintained.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Senior Front of House and Administration Assistant, including tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
- Conference and Event Support: Assist with the setup and maintenance of conference rooms, including arranging refreshments and ensuring all necessary equipment is available.
Requirements:
- Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Organizational Skills: Demonstrate strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Team Player: Be a team player, with a positive attitude and a willingness to support colleagues as needed.
