**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front of House Coordinator to join our team at Bis Recruit. As a key member of our operations team, you will provide exceptional support to our clients and candidates, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide front-of-house support to our clients and candidates, including greeting visitors, answering queries, and handling correspondence.
  • Manage office supplies, stationery, and equipment, ensuring a well-stocked and efficient workspace.
  • Coordinate logistics, including courier services, taxi bookings, and mail and parcel handling.
  • Assist with event planning and management, including social events and meetings.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and candidates, providing exceptional customer service and support.

**Requirements:**

  • Previous experience in a front-of-house or administrative role, preferably in a corporate or high-end hospitality setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer service and satisfaction.
