Job Title: Front of House Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front of House Coordinator to join our team at KMK RECRUITMENT LIMITED. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and visitors, ensuring a seamless and professional experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide advanced notification of expected visitors to building staff via Proxy Click and Curiosity platforms.
  • Advise the Helpdesk – Digital Services on PC, VC, and presentation equipment requirements.
  • Meet and greet visitors to a high standard, ensuring their needs are met throughout their visit.
  • Set up and clear meeting rooms, including reconfiguring furniture to meet specific room layouts.
  • Maintain meeting room supplies and equipment, including pads, pencils, coasters, and audio-visual equipment.
  • Book taxis for clients as requested.
  • Order sandwich lunches and breakfasts from a local supplier and arrange for weekly delivery of fresh fruit.
  • Provide cover for the Hospitality Co-ordinator, including booking outside caterers for formal lunches and buffets.
  • Perform other administrative duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Proven client-facing experience, preferably in a professional or financial institution.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 packages.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am-4:30pm
