Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Community Manager to join our team in Holborn. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of exceptional guest experiences, ensuring a smooth and efficient day-to-day operation, and implementing new ideas to continually improve service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead by Example
    • Process all guests in a polite, courteous, and professional manner, ensuring personal presentation is to a high standard always.
    • Demonstrate an understanding of 5-star and VIP guest service, suggesting and implementing new ideas to continually improve guest experience.
  • Day-to-Day Delivery
    • Be responsible for ensuring the day-to-day delivery of the guest experience is smooth, professional, friendly, and efficient.
    • Continually assess and suggest new ways of delivering service excellence, working both proactively and reactively to deliver the best service and visitor experience.
  • Protocol Implementation
    • Document and implement any changes to protocols, ensuring all team members are fully briefed on these amendments.

Requirements

  • Experience working as a reception manager in a corporate office environment.
  • Exceptional organization and communication skills.
  • An interest in the local area and community.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining an exceptional level of service while managing multiple tasks.
