Key Responsibilities
- Lead by Example
- Process all guests in a polite, courteous, and professional manner, ensuring personal presentation is to a high standard always.
- Demonstrate an understanding of 5-star and VIP guest service, suggesting and implementing new ideas to continually improve guest experience.
- Day-to-Day Delivery
- Be responsible for ensuring the day-to-day delivery of the guest experience is smooth, professional, friendly, and efficient.
- Continually assess and suggest new ways of delivering service excellence, working both proactively and reactively to deliver the best service and visitor experience.
- Protocol Implementation
- Document and implement any changes to protocols, ensuring all team members are fully briefed on these amendments.
Requirements
