Job Title: Reception Team Leader

Portico Corporate Reception Management is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Reception Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our front of house team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our reception area and ensuring that our clients' businesses receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise a team of Lobby Hosts to ensure excellent customer service is delivered to all visitors and staff
  • Work in partnership with the Front of House Manager to establish service excellence within the building
  • Ensure that all visitors and staff have a positive experience of our clients' business
  • Manage the reception area to ensure it is clean, tidy, and well-maintained
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or management role, ideally in a reception environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
