Position Summary

  • Location: London HQ, Hybrid working model
  • Compensation: £60,000 base salary plus performance-based bonuses

We are seeking a talented Strategic Partnerships Lead to spearhead our partnership initiatives. This role is pivotal in managing and nurturing key relationships that drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and sustain relationships with financial institutions and partners
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to identify competitive advantages
  • Achieve revenue targets through strategic partnership management
  • Leverage data insights to inform decision-making and strategy
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences
  • Lead negotiations and finalize partnership agreements
  • Facilitate partner meetings and maintain ongoing communication
  • Generate Business Intelligence reports to track performance

Qualifications

  • A relevant university degree
  • 2 to 8 years of experience in Business Development, Consulting, Partnerships, or Operations within the fintech or financial services sectors
  • Proven experience in a B2C scale-up environment
  • Familiarity with Open Banking, Mortgages, and Credit Card sectors is a plus
