Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic, and proactive Strategic Partnerships Lead who thrives on establishing new connections, nurturing relationships, and fostering commercial collaborations to enhance our expanding team.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic and commercial partnerships with a diverse array of organizations, aligning with the company's primary objectives and strategies.
- Negotiate favorable partnership agreements, ensuring terms that are advantageous for both parties and consistent with Vyne's business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including commercial, marketing, and product divisions, to facilitate the transition of opportunities from negotiation to implementation and ongoing management.
- Monitor, assess, and report on the outcomes of various initiatives with partners, such as lead generation and events, while evolving the Vyne partner ecosystem.
- Conduct regular business evaluations and identify opportunities for enhancing and expanding partner relationships.
- Provide strategic insights to stakeholders regarding growth opportunities with existing partners that directly influence Vyne's product development and business objectives.
- Organize, manage, and participate in both Vyne-hosted and industry events to expand the network of engaged partners and reinforce Vyne's standing in the market.

Qualifications
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in managing partner relationships and cultivating commercial alliances.
- Proven expertise in contract negotiations, sales, and collaboration within a matrixed environment involving product, marketing, and commercial teams to achieve defined objectives.
- Comfortable working in an unstructured environment, demonstrating the ability to devise innovative solutions and partnership frameworks.
