GK8 by Galaxy is seeking an experienced and strategic-minded Head of Partnerships with a strong background in the blockchain industry.

Job Summary:

The Head of Partnerships will play a pivotal role in driving business growth, expanding market reach, and establishing strategic alliances within the fintech and blockchain ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and Prioritize Strategic Partnership Opportunities: Evaluate and prioritize partnership opportunities to support GK8's growth objectives and market expansion within the blockchain industry.
  2. Develop and Nurture Relationships: Develop and nurture relationships with key partners, including blockchain platforms, technology firms, consulting firms, and industry associations.
  3. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and marketing, to align partnership strategies with business objectives and blockchain trends.
  4. Negotiate Partnership Agreements: Negotiate partnership agreements, contracts, and terms to ensure mutual benefit and strategic alignment within the blockchain space.
  5. Drive Business Development: Drive business development efforts through partnerships, exploring new markets, use cases, and client segments within the blockchain and digital asset ecosystem.
  6. Monitor Partnership Performance: Monitor partnership performance metrics, analyze trends, and implement optimization strategies to maximize outcomes in the blockchain industry.
  7. Stay Informed: Stay informed about blockchain technology trends, regulatory developments, and emerging partnership models relevant to digital asset security.
  8. Represent GK8: Represent GK8 at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to build relationships and explore partnership opportunities within the blockchain community.
  9. Lead and Mentor: Lead and mentor a high-performing partnerships team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation in the context of blockchain technology.

Requirements:

  1. Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in developing and managing strategic partnerships within the fintech or blockchain industry.
  2. Proven Track Record: A proven track record of successfully negotiating and executing partnership agreements that drive business growth in the blockchain ecosystem.
  3. Network: A strong network of contacts within the blockchain and fintech ecosystems, including blockchain platforms, financial institutions, and industry influencers.
  4. Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills with a deep understanding of blockchain technology and its applications.
  5. Strategic Thinking: A strategic thinker with the ability to translate partnership opportunities into actionable business plans in the blockchain space.
  6. Leadership: Experience leading and motivating cross-functional teams in a blockchain-focused environment.
