This newly established role represents a significant revenue stream for Vixio, necessitating a strategic thinker with outstanding interpersonal abilities and a proven history of leveraging relationships with key industry stakeholders, including Regtech providers, industry organizations, and technology collaborators, to enhance Vixio's market footprint and drive revenue expansion across various regions.

The successful candidate will possess a background in business development, showcasing the ability to creatively tailor partnership offerings for each prospective partner. Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, particularly with C-suite executives, are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partnership Development:
  • Identify and refine the ideal partner profile for Vixio, creating a targeted list of core channel and referral partners.
  • Develop a compelling value proposition tailored to the specific partnership personas being pursued.
  • Design and implement a partner qualification and management process, including onboarding and ongoing management of external partners.
  • Establish a systematic outreach strategy to engage optimal prospective partners.
  • Execute collaborative go-to-market strategies and sales initiatives, providing support to maximize partnership opportunities.
  • Market Analysis:
  • Conduct thorough market research to uncover trends, opportunities, and potential partners, while remaining informed about industry advancements and competitor activities.
  • Contract Negotiation:
  • Define and negotiate the terms, fees, and overall legal conditions of all commercial partnership agreements with guidance from senior leadership.
  • Performance Tracking:
  • Collaborate with sales operations to establish a structured process for capturing partner activities in Salesforce, measuring success against key performance indicators.
  • Regularly report on partnership revenue forecasts to senior management to assess performance against budgetary expectations.
  • Relationship Management:
  • Foster and enhance positive relationships with partners at all levels, from day-to-day contacts to executive leadership.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders to identify and cultivate significant prospective and current partner relationships that drive revenue.
  • Collaborative Strategy Development:
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Technology, and Marketing) to align partnership strategies with overall business objectives and ensure seamless implementation.
  • Best Practices Implementation:
  • Establish and execute a partner qualification process and account management framework to deliver a best-in-class experience.

Required Knowledge & Experience:

  • Experience in the Regtech, Payments, or Financial Services sectors.
  • A proven track record of developing successful partner programs in similarly staged private equity-backed organizations.
  • Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth through strategic integrations and referral partnerships.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to exploring new partnership opportunities.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with experience in cultivating high-performing strategic partnerships independently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Crossbeam/Reveal, and Google Suite.
