Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and evaluate potential brand collaborators that resonate with the YouTuber's persona, audience, and core values.
  • Establish and nurture robust relationships with brands, agencies, and other prospective partners.
  • Design and present persuasive partnership proposals and pitches that align with the objectives of both the YouTuber and the brand.
  • Lead discussions on partnership contracts, encompassing scope, deliverables, and financial arrangements.
  • Oversee contract management, ensuring all agreements are transparent, legally sound, and mutually advantageous.
  • Supervise the implementation of partnership campaigns, ensuring they fulfill the established goals and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with the content creation team to seamlessly integrate sponsored content into the channel's programming.
  • Formulate long-term partnership strategies that align with the YouTuber's growth and brand aspirations.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in partnerships, sponsorship management, or business development, preferably within the digital media or influencer sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of YouTube, social media platforms, and influencer marketing.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
