Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily partner interactions and collaborate closely with Virgin Money and Virgin Atlantic to advance the UK Cobrand Credit Card initiative.
  • Assist in formulating a strategic vision for a diverse partner portfolio, outlining both current and future directions.
  • Drive the achievement of core KPIs for your portfolio, while meticulously tracking and reporting performance against established targets.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships across a mix of Virgin Group and external companies, while implementing Virgin Red's partner development strategy.
  • Handle the daily management of partner contracts, ensuring compliance with legal, financial, and commercial protocols. Support the accurate documentation, renewal, and termination of contract terms as necessary.
  • Lead daily partner interactions concerning service and operational issues, including tactical initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in partner management, engaging with high-profile partners and steering strategic initiatives.
  • Demonstrated success in executing partner activities, supporting strategic plans, and implementing initiatives that yield measurable results.
  • Experience in negotiating partnership agreements.
  • Comfortable working with data, commercial reporting, and performance tracking.
  • A proactive mindset, capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Familiarity with operational tools, such as Tableau, is a plus.
  • Experience in financial services partnerships is advantageous, though not mandatory.
  • Previous experience in people management is a plus.
