About the Role:

Anson McCade is seeking an exceptional EMEA Partnerships Sales Lead to drive sales initiatives by developing strategic partnerships with established and emerging industrial retail and grocery retail giants.

The Opportunity:

The Role:

As the EMEA Partnerships Sales Lead, you'll be at the forefront of cultivating game-changing alliances with global giants like Microsoft and over half the world's top 30 grocery retailers and 25 global consumer packaged goods manufacturers.

Working closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams, you'll take full ownership of the partnership lifecycle, seeking out business development opportunities in untapped markets to seal transformative deals and drive sustained revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic partnerships with industrial retail and grocery retail giants.
  • Drive sales initiatives and business development opportunities in untapped markets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated AI solutions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and industry leaders.
  • Develop and execute high-performance sales and demand generation processes.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B/Enterprise SaaS sales within the industrial retail and grocery retail sectors.
  • Proven track record of developing strategic partnerships and driving revenue growth.
  • Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Demonstrated success in driving Industry 4.0 digital transformation and a strong understanding of AI's impact on retail.
  • Established network of C-level executives and solid business acumen, ideally supported by a degree in a business-related field.

What We Offer:

  • Base Salary: £85,000 - £110,000 (DoE)
  • Annual Bonus: 50% OTE - Uncapped
