The Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional EMEA Partnerships/Alliances Sales Lead to drive sales initiatives by developing strategic partnerships with established and emerging FMCG and Grocery Retail giants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute high-performance sales and demand generation processes to drive revenue growth.
  • Cultivate game-changing alliances with global giants like Microsoft and over half the world's top 30 grocery retailers and 25 global CPG manufacturers.
  • Take full ownership of the partnership lifecycle, seeking out BD opportunities in untapped markets to seal transformative deals.
  • Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to align revenue strategies with company goals.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in B2B/Enterprise SaaS sales within the Retail Technology sector, with a proven track record in FMCG and grocery retail.
  • Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Demonstrated success in driving Industry 4.0 digital transformation and a strong understanding of AI's impact on Retail.
  • Established network of C-level executives and solid business acumen, ideally supported by a degree in a business-related field.

Benefits Package

  • Base Salary: £85,000 - £110,000 (DoE)
  • Annual Bonus: 50% OTE - Uncapped
