We are seeking a Strategic Partnership Development Manager in the UK who will report directly to the CEO. The ideal candidate should have over 8 years of experience in higher education, business development/strategic planning, or relationship management.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Identifying, building, and maintaining university partnerships to support Adventus' strategic vision and growth.
- Actively seeking new opportunities to enhance engagement and recruitment outcomes for existing partners.
- Nurturing partnerships for client retention and satisfaction.
- Establishing trusted advisor relationships with partners and prioritizing key relationships.
- Leading agreement renewals and territory extensions.
- Developing and owning the partnerships strategy for the designated region.
- Supporting the VP Global Partnerships in strategy development and reporting.
- Defining partnership plans to optimize synergy between partner institutions and sending regions/countries.
