About the Role

BigCommerce is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Tech Partnerships Manager to drive the adoption of our technology partner solutions in Europe. As a key member of our team, you will leverage your expertise in ecommerce, combined with your exceptional communication and analytical skills, to build and execute strategic plans that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage strategic ecommerce technology partnerships to drive adoption and revenue growth.
  • Maintain and build relationships with decision-makers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute go-to-market strategies.
  • Work closely with GTM teams to drive adoption of partner solutions within our merchant base.
  • Develop business success metrics and KPIs to measure merchant adoption and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with the BigCommerce Product and Client Success teams to perfect merchant experiences and support for partner solutions.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience managing strategic partnerships.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
  • Experience in an agency or SaaS platform driving adoption of product solutions with partners and clients.
  • Ecommerce technology acumen and knowledge of relevant practices and trends.
  • Action-oriented, driven, and a master communicator with excellent presentation and client/partner relationship skills.
