Job Description

BigCommerce is on a mission to empower merchants to sell more at every stage of growth. We're looking for a Strategic Tech Partnerships Manager to join our team in Europe.

What You'll Do
  • Develop and manage strategic ecommerce technology partnerships to drive adoption of our solutions.
  • Maintain and build relationships with decision makers to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute on go-to-market strategies and business plans for strategic partner solutions.
  • Work closely with GTM teams to drive adoption of partner solutions within our merchant base.
  • Work with partners to develop business success metrics, including KPIs that drive merchant adoption and revenue growth.
  • Work closely with the BigCommerce Product and Client Success teams to perfect merchant experiences and support for partner solutions.
Who You Are
  • 2+ years experience managing strategic partnerships.
  • Bachelor's degree, ideally in business or similar field.
  • Experience within an agency or SaaS platform, driving adoption of product solutions with partners and clients.
  • Ecommerce technology acumen, with knowledge of ecommerce tech stacks and relevant practices/trends.
  • Action-oriented, with a passion for getting things done and exceeding goals.
  • Master communicator, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Driven, with a focus on delivering results and exceeding expectations.
  • Personable, with a positive and energetic attitude.
