Strategic Partnership Development Manager

About the Role
BigCommerce is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Tech Partnerships Manager to drive the adoption of our technology partner solutions in Europe. As a key member of our team, you will leverage your knowledge of ecommerce, combined with your communication skills and analytical abilities to build and execute strategic plans that drive growth and adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage strategic ecommerce technology partnerships to drive growth and adoption.
- Maintain and build relationships with decision makers to ensure successful partnerships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute on go-to-market strategies and business plans for strategic partner solutions.
- Work closely with the GTM teams within BigCommerce to drive adoption of partner solutions within our merchant base.
- Work with partners to develop business success metrics, including specific KPIs that drive merchant adoption and revenue growth for both BigCommerce and the partner.
- Work closely with the BigCommerce Product and Client Success teams to perfect merchant experiences and support for partner solutions via the BigCommerce platform.
Requirements
- 2+ years experience managing strategic partnerships.
- Bachelor's degree, ideally in business or similar field preferred.
- Experience within an agency or SaaS platform, driving adoption of product solutions with partners and clients.
- Ecommerce technology acumen, including knowledge of ecommerce tech stacks, relevant practices, and trends.
- Action-oriented, with a passion for getting things done and exceeding goals.
- Master communicator, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Driven, with a focus on delivering results and exceeding expectations.
- Personable, with a strong sense of teamwork and collaboration.
