The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing high-value partners, providing strategic leadership and contributing to the team's growth. Key responsibilities include driving partners forward, creating best-in-class activations, and delivering case studies that set industry benchmarks.

This role requires a proactive individual who takes ownership of ensuring partners are managed to the highest standard. The ideal candidate must be comfortable demonstrating and leading on areas such as onboarding, rights delivery, reporting, budget management, relationship building, and renewal practices.

About You

We're looking for a strategic thinker with a passion for working with big brands in fast-paced environments. As an excellent relationship manager with attention to detail, you'll bring experience in successfully managing partnerships and building best-in-class servicing processes.

You'll lead by example, championing the Partnerships team internally and externally while serving as an ambassador for Aston Villa Football Club.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package that includes access to premium sporting events, opportunities for professional development, and a dynamic work environment.

  2. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field;">
  3. At least 5 years of experience in partnership management, preferably in the sports or entertainment industry;">

  6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities;">
