Position Summary:

The role involves delivering exceptional pre-sales technical assistance. This includes actively listening to client requirements, posing insightful questions to gain a comprehensive understanding of applications, utilizing reference materials, and leveraging expertise to provide well-informed responses. The focus will be on Ecodan Air to Water Heat Pumps and MVHR products.

As the primary point of contact for pre-sales support, you will need to exhibit outstanding customer service alongside superior engineering and problem-solving capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Conduct all tasks in alignment with customer service standards and company principles.
  • Generate precise quotations for Mitsubishi Electric Ecodan Air to Water Heat Pumps and Ventilation products.
  • Analyze specifications and drawings to recommend appropriate equipment selections.
  • Respond to technical and application inquiries promptly and efficiently, adhering to established service levels.
  • Draft clear and concise technical advice that consistently meets quality benchmarks.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and enhance technical knowledge on both new and existing products to maintain high competency levels.
  • Stay informed about product advancements, market trends, and industry developments.
  • Create wiring and piping layout diagrams as necessary.
  • Provide training support for clients and account managers.
  • Assist internal and external stakeholders while emphasizing customer-centric service delivery.
  • Meet established key performance indicators.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in the Air to Water Heat Pump sector.
  • Engineering degree is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of refrigeration circuits, electrical systems, and water-based heating applications.
  • Familiarity with building regulations.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • HNC / HND / NVQ qualifications are advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to reference and effectively utilize technical documentation.
  • Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
