Position Summary:
The role involves delivering exceptional pre-sales technical assistance. This includes attentively gathering information, posing insightful questions to deepen application understanding, referencing relevant documentation, and leveraging expertise to provide well-informed responses. The focus will be on Ecodan Air to Water Heat Pumps and MVHR products.
As the primary point of pre-sales support, it is crucial to exhibit outstanding customer service alongside superior engineering and problem-solving capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Conduct all tasks in alignment with customer service standards and company principles.
- Generate precise quotations related to Mitsubishi Electric's Ecodan Air to Water Heat Pumps and Ventilation products.
- Analyze specifications and drawings to determine appropriate equipment selections.
- Respond to technical and application inquiries promptly and efficiently, in accordance with established service levels.
- Draft clear and concise technical advice that consistently meets quality benchmarks.
- Monitor, assess, and enhance technical proficiency on both new and existing products to maintain a high level of knowledge.
- Stay informed about product developments, market trends, and industry standards.
- Create wiring and piping layout diagrams as necessary.
- Provide training support for customers and account managers.
- Assist internal and external stakeholders while emphasizing customer-centricity and delivering a leading service.
- Meet key performance indicators.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in the Air to Water Heat Pump sector.
- Engineering degree preferred.
- Strong understanding of refrigeration circuits, electrical systems, and water-based heating applications.
- Familiarity with building regulations.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- HNC / HND / NVQ qualifications are advantageous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Capability to reference and utilize technical literature effectively.
