Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Sales Engineer to join our team. As a Technical Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for providing market-leading pre-sale technical support to our customers. You will work closely with our sales team to understand customer needs and provide technical advice and guidance to ensure that our products meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to customers on our Ecodan Air to Water Heat Pumps and Ventilation products
  • Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and provide technical advice and guidance
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction with our products and services
  • Stay up-to-date with product developments, market and industry trends
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and plans to achieve business objectives
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a technical sales or pre-sales role
  • Strong technical knowledge of Ecodan Air to Water Heat Pumps and Ventilation products
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
