Job Title: Pre Sales Technical Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Pre Sales Technical Leader to join our team at Mitsubishi Electric. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in providing market-leading pre-sale technical support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert technical advice and support to customers, sales teams, and internal functions.
  • Develop and maintain technical knowledge of our products, including Ecodan Air to Water Heat Pumps and MVHR systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer support and sales processes.
  • Manage and prioritize workload to meet service level agreements and key performance indicators.
  • Stay up-to-date with product developments, market trends, and industry knowledge to provide informed technical guidance.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in the Air to Water Heat Pump industry.
  • Proven track record of technical leadership and team management.
  • Engineering degree or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent understanding of refrigeration circuits, electric circuitry, and water-based heating systems.
  • Knowledge of building regulations and industry standards.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
