Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Field Service Engineer to join our team at Mitsubishi Electric. As a Technical Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering on-site technical support across the complete range of LES sold Mitsubishi Electric products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide on-site technical support in four key areas: Commissioning, Installation, Maintenance, and Repair.
  • Deliver exceptional levels of customer service and act as a solutions provider in all areas of the role.
  • Act in a polite and courteous manner at all times, providing exceptional levels of customer support when dealing with customers.
  • Comply with Health & Safety regulations and support the administration team in the creation of risk assessments and method statements.
  • Liaise with other areas of the business to engage positively with outcomes focused on customer centricity and a 'best in industry' service.
Requirements
  • Good level of technical competence, industry experience, and working knowledge in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning.
  • NVQ Level 3 in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning.
  • Experience working with Electrical and Electronic components and safe working practices.
  • Familiarity and use of Mitsubishi Electric Maintenance Tool.
  • Training qualifications from Mitsubishi Electric.
  • CSCS Skills Card.
  • Driving License.
