Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Specialist to join our team, providing market-leading pre-sale technical support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert technical advice and support to customers, ensuring they receive the best possible solutions for their needs.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products, including Ecodan Air to Water Heat Pumps and MVHR systems.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and delivery of customer solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and market trends, ensuring our customers receive the latest information and expertise.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in the air to water heat pump industry, with a strong understanding of refrigeration circuits, electric circuitry, and water-based heating systems.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical information and provide clear recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Relevant qualifications, such as an engineering degree or HNC/HND/NVQ, are desirable.
