About the Role

Mitsubishi Electric is seeking a highly skilled Technical Field Service Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Field Service Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering on-site technical support across the complete range of LES sold Mitsubishi Electric products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform on-site technical support activities in accordance with department standards and company principles.
  • Proactively manage your calendar and bookings to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Effectively problem solve and provide clear conclusions and recommendations.
  • Produce concise, well-written technical reports.
  • Act in a polite and courteous manner, providing exceptional customer support.
  • Comply with Health & Safety regulations and support the administration team in creating risk assessments and method statements.
  • Engage positively with other areas of the business to achieve customer-centric outcomes.
  • Track, benchmark, and develop your technical ability on new and existing products.
Requirements
  • NVQ Level 3 in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning.
  • Category 1 F-Gas (City & Guilds 2079).
  • Experience working with Electrical and Electronic components and safe working practices.
  • Minimum of 5 years industry experience working on Mitsubishi Electric products.
  • Familiarity and use of Mitsubishi Electric Maintenance Tool.
  • Training qualifications from Mitsubishi Electric.
  • CSCS Skills Card.
  • Driving License.
