About the Role:

The primary objective of this position is to provide on-site technical support for our customers across the entire range of Mitsubishi Electric products, ensuring exceptional levels of service and technical expertise.

Our technical support services encompass four key areas:

Commissioning: Ensuring seamless integration and setup of our products.

Health Checks: Conducting regular maintenance and inspections to prevent potential issues.

Fault Finding: Identifying and resolving technical problems efficiently.

Investigative Works: Conducting in-depth investigations to determine root causes of issues.

To achieve our goal of delivering outstanding customer service, we expect our Technical Support Specialist to:

  • Interact with customers in a polite and courteous manner, providing exceptional support on-site and remotely.
  • Adhere to strict Health & Safety protocols and collaborate with the administration team to create risk assessments and method statements.
  • Engage positively with other departments to drive customer-centric outcomes and deliver best-in-industry service.
  • Continuously develop and maintain technical expertise on new and existing products, ensuring the highest level of knowledge.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning.
  • Experience working with electrical and electronic components, with a proven track record of safe working practices.
  • Familiarity with Mitsubishi Electric's Maintenance Tool and training qualifications from the company.
  • CSCS Skills Card and a valid driving license.
