Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Engineer to join our team, providing market-leading pre-sale technical support to our customers. As a Technical Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, providing technical advice and support, and working closely with our sales team to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to customers, responding to their queries and providing solutions to their technical challenges.
  • Work closely with our sales team to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, building trust and credibility.
  • Stay up-to-date with product developments, market trends, and industry knowledge to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of customer solutions.
  • Meet and exceed customer service standards, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a technical sales or pre-sales role, preferably in the air-to-water heat pump industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of refrigeration circuits, electric circuitry, and water-based heating systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues.
  • Relevant qualifications, such as an engineering degree or HNC/HND/NVQ, are desirable.
